Reclaim your inner athlete

Every year, life presents us with new challenges.  We build custom rehab and training plans to help you recover and adapt so that you can feel like an athlete again.  For those faced with injuries, new and old, or if you’re looking for guidance to elevate your performance, we’ve got you covered.

The WHY behind Fly Performance Physical Therapy

I founded Fly Performance Physical Therapy to help people improve their health span through all of the physical changes life presents.

I’ve worked with athletes from all seasons of life from those who used to be professional athletes that want to feel a little like that athlete again, to those that encountered an injury and just want to feel like they did before their injury, to people returning to activity after putting fitness aside to focus on their own families and careers. Fly Performance is for people who want to reclaim their inner athlete, whatever that looks like for you. It’s for those who want to move well, move fast, move fully, and move without pain. I can tell you from both a professional perspective and personal experience, it is all possible.  And it takes, a carefully customized training program and approach tailored to each person’s needs and objectives.
